Bushmills whiskey smash

  • 45ml BUSHMILLS (1.5 oz)
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 22ml simple syrup (0.75 oz)
  • 2 pieces of lemon
  • 30ml water (1 oz)

“Muddle the lemon, mint, water and simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Then add BUSHMILLS, shake and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve…and get ready to say ‘smashing’.”

Bushmills Irish coffee

  • 45ml BUSHMILLS (1.5 oz)
  • 45ml hot coffee (1.5 oz)
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • Slightly whipped double cream

“A classic and personal favourite of mine. Pour coffee into a warmed glass mug, add sugar to taste and stir to dissolve. Add BUSHMILLS then top with whipped cream, poured gently over the back of a spoon. Enjoy.”

  • 45ml BUSHMILLS (1.5 oz)
  • 90ml hot water (3 oz)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Slice of lemon
  • 2 cloves

“Ah, this one’s a comforting tot. Pour hot water into a warmed glass mug, add honey and stir to dissolve. Finally, add BUSHMILLS, cloves, top with a slice of lemon and savour.”

  • 45ml BUSHMILLS Black Bush (1.5 oz)
  • 90ml ginger ale / ginger beer (3 oz)
  • Ice
  • Handful of mint leaves

“Try spicing things up a little. First fill a tall glass with ice, pour over BUSHMILLS Black Bush and then add the all important, fiery ginger ale. Finish off with a handful of mint to serve. Cheers!”

Honey I'm home

  • 45ml BUSHMILLS IRISH HONEY (1.5 oz)
  • 2 pc. lemon wedges
  • Ginger ale

“A great one to come home to. Muddle 2 lemon wedges in the bottom of a glass. Add ice and BUSHMILLS IRISH HONEY. Top with ginger ale and settle in for the evening.”

  • 35.5ml Bushmills Honey
  • 50ml cranberry juice
  • 50ml lemonade
  • 2 lime wedges

“Build this creation in a tall glass filled with ice and add each ingredient in turn. Squeeze one lime wedge into the drink and garnish with the remaining lime wedge.”
